IT Business Analyst - HR  (SAP SuccessFactors)

Carrefour Belgium is looking forward to hiring an IT Business Analyst / Human Resources with relevant knowledge of and experience in HR Information Systems.  We have the ambition to further expand our in-house knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, after a huge investment in these applications over the past few years.

The tasks and responsibilities of our new colleague will include among others:

Act as a single point of contact for all Successfactors and HR related applications.
Requirements gathering from stakeholders, analysis of the requirements, documenting them in business requirements documents, and creating functional specifications.
Give guidance and IT insights for future development, in order to improve and optimize the human resources processes.
Manage incidents and change requests coming from the Human Resources Department. Perform basic quality assurance tests, making sure testing programs are well aligned with functional specifications.
Manage big and small implementation projects: GAP analysis, development, testing, training, user acceptance, go-live.
Functional expert for all related Human Resource processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Document Generation and Digital Signature.
Maintenance of the stability of the applications, lead and follow up relevant actions for stability improvements, including regular interactions with the technical teams (infrastructure, architecture, security, ...), problem management follow up, root cause analysis.  

Your Profile

You hold a relevant degree in management, economics or applied science, with IT as an option.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the domain of Human Resources in a large company.
Proven experience in HR Information Systems (PA / OM / Soft HR).
Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR R3 would be a very big plus.
Understanding of best practices, trends and technologies within the area of Human Resources.
You have an analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to prioritize in a very dynamic work environment.
You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.
You’re fluent in Dutch and English or in French and English.
You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market.
You have a positive and accountable mindset.
You value the true meaning of team objectives.
