As of today, we are looking forward to hiring an IT Business Analyst with relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management.  Previous experience in retail or B2C will be considered as a very big advantage.

 

Our new colleague will join the CRM & Loyalty Team, which is a part of the IT Data, CRM & Loyalty Platforms Department.  You’ll be the liaison between IT Developers and the Customer Engagement Team, and responsible for among others:

  • Bridging business and IT.  ->  Requirements analysis and solution definition for campaigning, loyalty and customer management solutions. 
  • Requirements gathering from stakeholders, analysis, and creation of business requirements documents.  Assist the business with requirements translation into functional designs, eventually for extension or modification of the current platforms.  Assist in the estimation of the build efforts required and in the implementation planning.
  • Lead workshop sessions to gather key user feedback about requirements descriptions.
  • Close collaboration with the IT Data Teams, to identify data requirements in the context of insights and analytics, and/or reporting requirements.
  • Close collaboration with the other business analysts.
  • Interaction with technical teams (infrastructure, architecture, security, …) and with development and quality assurance teams, to make sure testing programs and reports are well aligned with functional specifications.  Lead integration tests and assist clients with acceptance tests.
  • Active contribution to the knowledge management strategy (functional, technical, configuration design, ...).
  • Work around BA best practices, in collaboration with the Process & Method Manager, PMO, BA Community.
  • Work around relevant actions to maintain or improve solution stability.
  • Support or lead problem management processes, root cause analysis.

 

This role reports to the IT Team Manager CRM & Loyalty.

 

Your Profile

 

  • You hold a relevant degree in economics or science, with the option of IT.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the domain of GDPR regulations is a plus.
  • Understanding of best practices, trends and technologies, in the area of data, Big Data and reporting.
  • You have an eye for detail.  (Retail = detail)
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and you’re able to prioritize.
  • You are customer oriented, with excellent communication skills, capable to defend your ideas, but open to listen to others as well.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English or in French and English.
  • You’re flexible to deal with (occasional) incidents outside of office hours.
  • You’re eager to learn and you have a huge appetite for innovative technologies and changing trends in the market.
  • You have a positive and accountable mindset.
  • You value the true meaning of team objectives.
