Carrefour Belgium is looking forward to hiring a Teamlead IAM with relevant experience in IAM / UAM and people manager.   

 

Job Description

Carrefour has decided to hire a Teamlead IAM as a part of the Security Operations Run Team. The aim is to maximise the analysis of the requirements, development of the IAM and UAM operational tasks and coordinating the deployment phases for the stakeholders within the Business projects and IT projects.

A Teamlead IAM with proven track record in IAM and people management, responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of the IAM and UAM projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.


As a Teamlead IAM, you will be:

  • Responsible for managing the overall IAM and UAM program; ensuring the team meets its operational objectives.
  • Leading the in architecting, configuring, and maintaining IAM and UAM services to support the connectivity needs and account security of the Carrefour Belgium.
  • Responsible for forging the go forward strategy and ongoing operation and support of Carrefour’s Belgium IAM and UAM services.
  • Responsible for continuous improvements of IAM and UAM policies, processes, procedures and technology.
  • Ensure developed solutions align with cybersecurity policies and standards.
  • Single point of contact for all IAM and UAM related escalations and concerns.
  • Oversee operational support of IAM and UAM services.
  • Provide technical leadership to the IAM and UAM team.
  • Responsible for managing the IAM platform (tools and technology).
  • Provide hands-on systems design and architecture leadership for the Identity and Access Management strategy.
  • Support vendor audit activities including presenting audit result findings to executives.
  • Closely manage and prioritize all third-party off-shore development team deliverables.
  • Execute against approved daily, weekly, monthly and annual plans and keep leadership and business partners informed of work status/progress.
  • Accountable for the operational stability and sustainability of IAM and UAM services.

 

Your Profile

  • You hold a relevant degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in IAM / UAM.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in people management.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of functional designs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Enterprise IAM and UAM teams, tools and services in a 24/7 matrixed environment with multiple discrete lines of business.
  • Thorough technical understanding of IAM and UAM technologies, services, and components, with practical design, implementation, and operations experience at an Enterprise scale.
  • Extensive experience defining, developing and implementing IAM standards, policies, KRI/KPIs, process and procedures.
  • Deep technical knowledge of CA.
  • Strong technical experience with authentication architecture and implementation, including SSO, MFA, federation, including innovative modern authentication concepts such as passwordless, step-up, and adaptive behavioral authentication.
  • Analytically strong & solution-oriented
  • Proven affinity with business understanding
  • Knowledge of the retail market and interest in Carrefour's business
  • Technical affinity, but knows how to make the translation for the customer with your communication skills
  • Stress resistant and can flexibly anticipate peak times
  • Dutch or French mother tongue
  • Good spoken and written knowledge of the second national language
  • Basic knowledge of English is required
