Our Digital & e-Commerce department is looking for its new UX & UI Design Manager


MAIN MISSION

  • defines graphical elements, interactions
  • builds the navigation elements for the various Carrefour sites, ensuring consistency between them
  • ensures an optimal online experience for the customer
  • ensures continuity on the websites
  • defines the canvas to respect for the other supports
  • ensures the harmony of communication with the client (e.g. in campaigns)
  • is in charge of the graphic charter for the country
  • ensures the implementation of best practices in order to obtain an optimal customer experience on the various Carrefour platforms

 


OPTIMIZATION

 

  • actively works to optimize the various existing elements as well as new ones,
  • test new concepts
  • communicates with the various stakeholders to translate Carrefour's objectives into relevant deliverables / specifications that will allow these various objectives to be achieved.
  • possibly modifies the customer experience according to current or new needs that will have been identified upstream.
  • is on constant watch for all designs & new techniques that could have an impact on our sites

 


COLLABORATION

 

  • assists the Head of Digital production in the creation & implementation of the creative design strategy
  • makes sure to keep a consistent customer journey
  • uses the necessary tools to maximize the conversion of the strategy into customer purchases

 


PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

 

  • oversees a small team of internal digital experts
  • directs, motivates and develops employees in accordance with the Carrefour leadership model and guarantees their level of knowledge and expertise.
  • develops the expertise, professionalism and customer orientation of the team and of each of the team members
  • carries out the HR cycle
  • optimizes the internal functioning of the team
  • ensures internal communication
  • is an active Carrefour ambassador and encourages team members to be the same.

 


PROFILE

 

  • Degree in design, UX, UI, communication or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual FR/NL with good knowledge of English
  • Mastery of the Adobe creative suite, Wireframing & AB testing tools
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe experience manager & Hybris
  • Knowledge of Agility & the tools used (ex: Jira)
  • Customer centric & Google minded
