Digital & Online Traffic Officer

 

The Digital Traffic Acquisition Officer is responsible for optimizing and maximizing the quality of the SEA of Carrefour.

He/she will be in close contact with Google to discuss ongoing and new campaigns.

SEA is, together with SEO, one of the biggest acquisition channels of Carrefour. Therefore the Digital Traffic Acquisition Officer is in close contact with the SEO expert as these two channels are dependent on each other and should support each other at all times.

 

As a Digital & Online Traffic Officer, your main responsibilities will be:
 

Traffic tools:

  • Explore the proper tools and improve our 2 most important traffic sources SEO and SEA
  • Coordinate partners and create a business plan to defend the cost of the tool
  • Define the requirements together with the product owner

 

SEA campaigns:

  • Put in place and follow up SEA campaigns, tools and budget
  • Optimize the digital investments for SEA all in line with our ROI objectives
  • Find new ways of advertisement to reach as much possible audience

 

Analysis and reporting:

  • Monitor data, analyze data and optimize the SEA campaigns
  • Report on a monthly basis on the different campaigns and work done
  • Analyze our SEA traffic based on data in Google Analytics, similarweb, Data AI, Semrush
  • Benchmarking with the competition on a monthly basis to align our campaign spend and strategy

 

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the different actors :¬†Marketing,¬†Digital & ecommerce,¬†¬†Adco,¬†Merchandising
  • Develop his/her own expertise, professionalism and client orientation.
  • Help to optimize internal operations and processes.
  • Support internal communication and documentation.
  • Be an active ambassador of Carrefour and encourage colleagues to become more so.

 

Profile, Studies and Experience

  • min 1 year experience in digital, preferably within the retail sector
  • min bachelor in Marketing, Economics, Communication, E-commerce
  • proven track record in SEA & SEO
  • Google certificated for SEA
  • languages: ENG and FR/NL
