As an IT Governance Advisor, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with the IT Governance Team Manager.

If you have a solid understanding of IT Governance pillars such as Strategy, Finance & Investments, Audits & Risks, Quality & Performance, Process & Methods, and Stakeholders Relationships & Communication, this is the perfect opportunity for you to shine.

 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in 2 to 3 IT Governance pillars while comfortably acting as a generalist in others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the definition and implementation of the IT strategy through insightful analysis and reporting.

  • Supporting strategic initiatives and projects to ensure their successful alignment with the IT organization.

  • Assisting with workforce strategy, IT financial and costing reporting, budgeting, and costs optimization exercises.

  • Collaborating with internal practices like risk management, internal control, internal audit, and group reporting.

  • Identifying and addressing IT risks, including IT security risks, and implementing necessary corrective actions.

  • Championing a culture of quality and performance in the IT organization by monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring effective processes and workflows.

  • Advising on stakeholders' relationships and communication in the IT department.

 

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management and/or IT management.

  • Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in business management and/or IT management.

  • Certification in one or more project management methodologies.

  • Experience in functional management in a matrix environment.

  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Ability to synthesize complex matters into actionable steps and processes.

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, along with a professional command of English.
